if it help, I've downloaded the ticket on 2 phones from the email after I broke the first phone. But someone else has said in another thread their ticket disappeared when they tried the same.

I’ve also had my ticket on 2 phones , the club’s instructions specified you couldn’t download it twice from the app without removing one , I did it from the email.
 
Sorry if this already been asked.. is it possible to transfer Roma tickets for tomorrow? Can’t see how to do it, but got one spare in the upper south to sell
