    🔍 Check Their Posting History Use the thread's search function to see if the seller has posted tickets before. If other members appear to have bought from them previously, reach out via private conversation to verify their experience.

    👤 Check Their Forum Profile Review the seller's forum history. Have they been a member for a long time, or did they register recently? Do other members speak positively of them? A long-standing, active member with good feedback is a much safer bet.

Yeah same, maybe because I'm a new user? I've only just got these notifications as well. I'll contact the admin or something, see if we can find out why we can't DM. I'll be back to you ASAP. I still want the ticket but if someone swoops in before we can sort this, then its fair enough if you want to sell to them. Ta

New members have to have their first 5 posts moderator approved.

They also can't use the DM facility until within an hour after 5th post approval.

It's an anti spam/user safety measure.

Yeah I thought it might be something like that, makes sense. What counts as a 'post'? Would just the comments/replies I've made in this forum alone count? On my profile it says 'Messages: 5', so will that be enough? Cheers

Yeah that last post I replied was your 5th. Within the hour the forum runs an update an moves you to verified member an you should be able to message - I think you can now.
