Do they? So no preference to those who’ve supported the club through the past few horrific years.? No way of stopping away fans entering the ballot?Worse run club?. Most clubs do this now.
Grand Old Team does not endorse or facilitate any ticket transactions made via this forum. All transactions are undertaken entirely at your own risk.
To help protect yourself, please read the following guidance carefully before buying or selling:
💳 Payment Method. Never pay via direct bank transfer. This offers zero buyer protection - once the money is sent, it cannot be reversed and your bank is unlikely to refund any losses. Always research your payment method before using it. PayPal, for example, offers meaningful buyer protection and is strongly recommended over a bank transfer.
🤝 Where possible, arrange to meet face to face - ideally at an Everton match - and exchange tickets in person.
🔍 Check Their Posting History Use the thread's search function to see if the seller has posted tickets before. If other members appear to have bought from them previously, reach out via private conversation to verify their experience.
👤 Check Their Forum Profile Review the seller's forum history. Have they been a member for a long time, or did they register recently? Do other members speak positively of them? A long-standing, active member with good feedback is a much safer bet.

I was going to say, is it not a good thing for many fans who want to get an opportunity to go to a game but not attend all the time?Worse run club?. Most clubs do this now.
Well it's pretty keen if an away fans wants to spend £60 on a forever Blue + membership to get a ticket in the home end.....Do they? So no preference to those who’ve supported the club through the past few horrific years.? No way of stopping away fans entering the ballot?
How can it be fair to those who’ve supported the team in recent years? It doesn’t stop the touts, in fact they’ll be quite happy. An away fan could enter all the ballots and easily make their money back even if they don’t get it for their own teams game.Well it's pretty keen if an away fans wants to spend £60 on a forever Blue + membership to get a ticket in the home end.....
I mean to me it seems fair to have a ballot of all membera who apply and want a ticket rather then going to those with the quickest Internet speed or best 'bots'.
Well how's that any different from last year? They could become a member for £35 and then go on the internet at 10am and take a chance on buying a ticket. How can it be fair to those who’ve supported the teams in recent years? They did have a priority window last year based on home game attendance!Well how's that any different from last year? They could become a member for £35 and then go on the internet at 10am and take a chance on buying a ticket.
It's really not changed only all paid members now have an equal chance rather than the 10am frustration.
Are you wanting a priority system like for the Southampton game at Goodison - and slomly make it a closed shop like for away tickets? I think if they did that anyone who paid £60 to become a member would.be asking for their money back.
Because it just becomes a closed shop. Folk buying tickets just to maintain priority and then flogging to mates in their networks. I prefer the ballot system and would have been annoyed if they used priority this year after introducing a new 'improved' more expensive membership without explaining that beforehand. They did have a priority window last year based on home game attendance!
The Southampton tickets went to those who went to 15 games - seems fair to me??
Why can’t they just have a mix of priority and ballot?
You have always got a spare ticket floating around so things can’t be that bad!!I am sure that there are fans on this forum that can remember the grey days when gates were below 15,000. When they used to advertise “get down to Goodison”
Jingle on the local radio.. Buying half season tickets. The club needs reminding of their fans back then, and have now become a tourist club, making up the numbers in the Premier League. Everton Football Club.
