Spot on, replacement tickets go down on official coach, usually there's a separate bit at their box office for away fans, often with someone from ours there. Worked perfectly last year at Huddersfield and last week at Anfield, when ours didn't arrive. Remember to take photo ID and contact box-office day before though.
 
My source for a West Ham ticket couldn't come through. In from Canada and would love to sit with the away fans. If anyone could express post one to Tunbridge Wells to me I'd appreciate and cover post costs.
