He did a good job but had plenty of flaws meaning he wouldn't be loved. Big game bottler, never won a trophy, horrendous derby record etc.

Plus he acted like an absolute bellend to us after he left. Everton gave him his opportunity and he pissed on us from a great height. I hope the horrible weapon fails in everything he does.

Moyes defied gravity to deliver the results he did. He left an exceptional defensive unit

Yes he was dour and didn't beat the top teams. But he overachieved on the resources he had

It seems there is an irrational dislike for him based on the Fellaini incident and perhaps some resentment that he left for Man Utd

But his years over 10+ years speak for themselves and he should be given the recognition he deserves:

Penny for his thoughts on our current predicament?

End of the season he has come out today out of the blue like with " I,m not stubborn and I am flexible" this after he was told this by the media, fans and others in the game.

Thing is he,s stubborn because he is too slow witted to work out a Plan B. He had Plan B shoved down his throat by the fans but the fact is his playbook is effin thin which is why he is stubborn and worse take too long to work things out.

He still has,nt addressed why the players and staff have not seen eye to eye or why he cannot seem to organise his team from basic corner kicks to the set up of the team. He chooses to ignore all this but the fact is I am pretty sure that uncle Bill is well aware of what is going on and even bill may get tired of fighting an internal battle he cannot win.

What did the media the fans and others in the game say last season?

Was there no plan B then? Was there slow witted in-game decision making then?

He said that he's not a stubborn manager.

How that makes anyone frightened of the future I dont know.

That is not the full story Dave, you know darn well.

RM stated he is not stubborn but is one of the most flexible working managers today.

Per Echo:
“The people who say that I am tactically not flexible are people who do not follow my work,” the 41 year-old said in his defence. “I have been innovative at every football club I have been at with my tactics, my shape and my approach.

“I am not someone who needs to defend myself but if you follow my work then I am probably one of the most flexible managers tactically that you could work with.

“We don't play the same way twice, but it is not for me to go openly and publicly and tell everyone what we have done.”

One has to ask do they believe in his statement and looking back on our season.

Yeah, he'd have room for any negative comments on our manager when he crashed the English champions over the cliff.

LOL.

Penny for his thoughts.

Exactly, and is why I have never said his name on her but always referred to him as EX.

There is nothing whatsoever wrong with his statements.

I feel worried for anyone who sees something worth getting worked up about in that article.

You're into tin foil hat territory if you do.

Did a decent job but he's an absolute helmet. LOL at you saying that we should love him.

Also why should we be one bit arsed on what he's got to say about us when he took the champions to 7th place.

No Dave just think that members should see all, to think for themselves. This is not like a political party where you get gimmick headlines and no detail.

Penny for his thoughts.

Fergie wanted him at Man Utd because he wanted to give an opportunity to a British manager

But Moyes was massively out of his depth - he hadn't managed or played at that level and was following an impossible act

What do you think about the league positions Moyes achieved vs the decade prior and also vs Everton's history? And also his available funding at the time vs competition

The view on Moyes seems to be more emotional than logical
