What do I think about Moyes' achievement versus Everton's history? I think in relation to that he's an utter joke and achieved nothing.

He was and is a big standard dullard British manager.

Tactics - yes but are you confident he can find a consistent winning formula - he didn't at Wigan (albeit with more limited resources)
Players - haven't looked confident in general this season
Leaving - Mirallas will I think. Always more of a risk of other big players leaving if you're in a weak position - obviously. Same with Liverpool at the mo
Lack of confidence in replacements - signing of Alcatraz, McGeady, Kone etc

Tolerance of mediocrity - you have this - it's not a winning mentality

What would you say is the threshold of underperformance tat which we should say enough's enough?

Replacements - agree not many available alternatives. Could try to poach DeBoer possibly
