Early signings in the very obvious areas of the squad that need strengthening; intense pre-season; get the pace of play back up to the levels we had it in season one.

I think he will be under review early next season. Anything resembling the inability to counteract spoiling tactics and it'll prove costly for him. But it's natural justice for him to be given another go next season.

The way he's treated Howard with kid gloves baffles me; especially after what Howard said about Martinez in his biography.

If it was me Howard would have been given a one way ticket back to the MSL the moment I read it.

Reading that interview today though it's clear he sees Robles as the GK for next season.
