Martinez is insisting that his ways are right and that the players will "have to play his way....but be better about it".

Everton manager Roberto Martinez says his side were "tactically perfect" in their 2-0 Premier League defeat to Hull.

"We approached the game in a positive manner and the team performed the tactics perfectly, I told them all before the game to play like a conference side and it was phenomenal the way they did it"

Has he actually said that? If that's the case then he isn't long for this job. Painfully obvious to see that something is wrong.

Literally insane. Making the same mistake over and over waiting for something different to occur. Cmon Bobby sort this shambles out !
