If Silva is sacked it has to be because someone else has already been sounded out and is ready to come in. I'd sooner have a few more defeats under Silva while his replacement is lined up than sack him Monday and then start looking.

Not sure the budget is quite that good. It may depend on getting the wages down before buying.
Why ?

Players arnt playing for him and he's getting everything wrong.
Wed do better with a care taker manager

Moyes-Preston
Martínez-Wigan
Koeman-Southampton
Silva-Watford
I think that says it all.
Koeman was a huge name in the game, but he’d already had a few disasters in management before the Southampton job. The fact he was managing Southampton in the first place was obvious sign of failure.

I don't want Mourinho. He can ask to do it for free I don't want him. I don't think he's been top quality since that 14/15 Chelsea title win. I know he finished second and won the Europa at United but that Europa league run is hideously soft and both his decent league finishes coincided with other worldly shot stopping seasons from De Gea. He got steadily worse as the quality available to him got worse. Given we aren't going to have top talent here right away, we need someone with a top level tactical set up for maximizing what skills we do have. To me that person is not going to be Jose Mourinho in 2019.

There will be no ELITE managers wanting to manage Everton right now.

But there will definitely be lots of GOOD managers who are interested. This is a big job and there is enough talent to work with.

Fear of the future is no reason to stick with Silva. We have the opportunity to move forward so we need to grasp it.

Im not sure thats the case.

We had loads of money, but we wasted the majority of it, now we just spend what everybody else does, I wish it was different, but its not.

Yep, Lukaku, stones, even Barkley. I still have reasons to believe we've being bank rolled, investments in other areas have influenced me on this.

Moshiri has pumped 250m into the club.

Some of which we spent on player transfers, some of it on wages, some of it on sacking and hiring managers, some of it on the stadium, some of it on Agents fees.

Its all gone, our accounts show this.

Its been wasted, Moshiri himself said we had 1 window to establish ourselves, we missed.

So whats Mosh going to do?....we missed 1 window...I mean City signed Robhinho because they wanted too...

By the way the stadium isn't getting built any time soon.

I beg to differ, I understand we sold Lukaku etc but our spending power is evidently higher than most prem teams.
I did mention this the other day. That in the last 4 seasons our debt on spending is 218mil
Bournemouth 180mil
Brighton, incredibly and hard to believe is 206mil
And with actually checking other team properly, I’m pretty sure the likes of West Ham, Wolves Aston Villa, Leicester. Will all be between 150mil and 200.

So we aren’t actually spending much more than the other teams trying to break the top 6. Even though there is a media narrative that we spend billions and all the teams mentioned spend peanuts.
