Get him out.

He is an absolute disgrace. Who is this joker to come to this club and after two minutes being here thinks it’s okay to put out a weakened team against a team we should be beating at home? It’s not like we’re swimming in trophies, is it?

Hull and Watford are his last two clubs, you can see why.

Absolute tit. Embarrassed to support this mess of a club at the minute.

That is a tad overboard if you ask me. We (as in everyone comnected to Everton) need to stop with the immediate jump to let's find someone else at the first sign of a bump in the road, it is not healthy and is just going to increase the sense of feeling that we are a basket case of a club. If we keep on at this rate the only person left that will answer the call will be Joe Kinnear.

Tonight wasn't great no doubt but people have the right to make mistakes, it only becomes a serious problem if year after year they keep making the same ones. Let's see how he gets on in the future.

Well if he learned anything tonight it’s
Dowell is not the required standard
Lookman is improving but not yet the required standard
Davies has stalled and is not getting any better
Kenny is not up to scratch yet
Morgan needs to be sold
Bernard is pure class
We need a CF
Play your best 11 in the cups
This says it all.
Far more concisely than I could.

Silva / Brands have had a good impact on the way we are playing so far, going for skillful Brazilians and trying to play decent football is immeasurably better than our previous philosophy of buying "proven" PL teams average players.

Gonna take time to replace said players though unfortunately

The means justifies the end for me.

I back him for one reason wholly, he plays football, he plays risk taking, expansive, creative football as a core footballing philosphey, he will risk a defeat for a win.

That is exactly ingrained in the fabric of the clubs historic identity. We have lost our way with that for over 30 years now, through no finance and playing percentage football by small margins.

The club and the managers philosphey need to align, and we need to have patience to get back to what we are. You can see it in so many of our players playing with fear and pragmatism struggling to adjust to being creative and playing to win rather then trying hard not to make a mistake. Fear and pragmatism has become our reassurance. There will be disappointing result's as this is worked through and losses. But I wholly back Silvas approach and prepared for more losses to get it right as long as we’re not at risk

I’m actually excited by what he is doing and what he is attempting, as long as we are risk free, I’m not overly bothered about results or exactly where we will finish. At worst we will be top ten at best six. But the wider battle for th clubs identity is the most important thing and his approach needs to be stamped over every player and facet of the club.

We need to play and be without fear once again.
