Siva will need time and Gomes may resolve some problems. But a manager who deliberately throws away the chance of winning a trophy, as he did tonight, has an awful lot of ground to make up.

We (as in everyone comnected to Everton) need to stop with the immediate jump to let's find someone else at the first sign of a bump in the road, it is not healthy and is just going to increase the sense of feeling that we are a basket case of a club.
