Mad some of these shouts eh lolThank god
Let's win the top of the bottom half of the table cup whilst we're at it.

Ok then he should be a coach and not a manager because his tactical nous is Martinez MK2.Plenty in the media disagree. They say he is very hands on in training and I think that's what we need. Niasse and Cleverly both definitely looked to have improved under him.
We got our first away win in over a year or something under Sam.- we did and we got very lucky in that game, we had games under koeman were we probably played better away from home that and never won, it's just how football works
In regards to saying we deserved nothing from the Liverpool game, we played really well in the FA cup game and got nothing so.. we played BETTER in the cup game and once we got the equaliser I thought we looked good, but in reality again there keeper never made a single save
The losses to Arsenal, Tottenham were bad yeah but did you really expect anything else - they already ruined us this season once. yer I expected a bit of fight, we were pathetic in both games, teams around the bottom have taken less pastings than we have this season
Honestly we are so so far away from being a top 6 team. We should be able to give them a go like, but no manager we've had has managed that consistently.
Certainly not this season. Koeman was literally just as negative as Sam, nothing has really changed in that regard. We played hoofball under Koeman and we play the same stuff under Sam, difference being Sam has gotten some results out of it. Whether we got lucky or not doesn't really matter.replys in bold
Almost 100% agree but I don't think we should be so ruthless based solely on results.
If we are progressing by playing a better style, history of correcting the obvious issues, improvements in the squad, ability to attract better players, cup runs/success then we shouldnt just get rid because we happened to lose a few games we would have expected to win.
Sometimes results don't go your way and its no one's fault.
No you misunderstand me. I'm not saying the players aren't to blame, or the manager's not to blame or anything like that.So it’s not the players fault, there’s not a culture of failure in the club, then whose fault is it? Koeman has been successful elsewhere, as was Martinez, even Allardyce has done better than some of the horrific play we saw at Spurs and Arsenal. Where exactly does the problem lie?
For me there’s a long ingrained culture of failure and doing the bare minimum in the squad. Players like Jags Baines Howard etc. transferred over from Moyes and were seen as part of the furniture, untouchable, youve then seen players recruited who are either comfortable to slot into that Barry Rooney Cleverley Williams Schneiderlin etc. see the club as a stepping stone Lukaku Deulofeu Stones, or who are just not good enough at all.
There also seems to be s strange disconnect in the squad that has meant players like Besic Sandro Klaassen Tosun Vlasic Lookman have struggled to settle at all.
How many players in the squad seem hungry to prove anything? Walcott (will be interesting to see how long his new club form lasts before the boys club subsume him), Siggurdson, Coleman, Pickford, Niasse. That’s about it.
There is a culture of failure and bare minimum is acceptable that has either been created by the managers players or board and is now feeding itself in a never ending cycle where no matter if we change the managers or change some players the results stay the same.
We need to route out the poisonous weed at the centre of it because merely swapping Allardyce for Howe as I said at the beginning will have no effect. He will be chewed up and spat out just as quick as others have been.
That really isn't true though. Koeman's sacking was almost universally demanded and expected, he was getting dogs abuse on here by the time he left. There is though, the obvious caveat that people naturally expect more of a manager who replaces someone who has been sacked, otherwise why bother sacking the first bloke? I've said before that I don't think Allardyce has done a bad job, I just don't think he's done a particularly good one either. Truth is, I reckon the season probably would have followed a similar pattern had Koeman stayed.Certainly not this season. We've struggled to get shots on target all season. People act like this was brought by Sam, when in truth it's our dangerously poor/unbalanced squad that's to blame for that - and negative tactics.
People were less bothered about Koemans pastings we took this season. As soon as Sam took his first pasting he gets absolutely rinsed - this is my main gripe.
I didn't really feel the hatred as much as Sam has gotten but maybe that's just me.That really isn't true though. Koeman's sacking was almost universally demanded and expected, he was getting dogs abuse on here by the time he left. To me Allardyce needs to go at the end of the season, not because he's been awful, but because to keep him would just be a year wasted. The current model of Walsh and back to basics old school managers like Koeman and Allardyce has failed, and will continue to do so. We need a new structure, and a new manager with a more positive and progressive attitude. The key question is who.
Howe wouldn’t have the respect of the players. This squad is a horrific bunch. Most wouldn’t play for Martinez, they then stopped playing for Koeman, laughed in the face of Unsworth and pretty much wont play for Allardyce as soon as relegation fears ease (but then will when they’re back). If a manager gives them leeway they run all over it and sell him out, if he keeps them on a tight leash they resent it and down tools. Howe would be off on the back foot already. Delusional ego maniacs like Schneiderlin are not going to listen to what the ex Bournemouth manager says.
Heres one, there talking about Brendan Rodgers on Talk Sport, would anyone rather have him then Sam? I dont think i would just because of his conections, anyone?

He encourages good football which would be a complete 180% turn from where we are at right now but he reeks of a bit of a bullshit artist. Bit like Martinez in the way he handles a defeat, talks about being brave on the ball rather than the fact that the opposition bagged a few. You know that the moment we start trying to play out from the back the crowd will just want us to hoof it up the pitch as well![]()
Eddie Howe - awful shout.
May as well call ourselves mid table FC with ambitions like Howe.
