I like omlettes too.

Try Cheese on toast with a poached egg on top , Liberal sprinkling of Salt and pepper, little dolop of Hellman's. Gives life a meaning

Im a fan of the boiled egg meself . Though lately Ive discovered this scrambled eggs/smoked salmon strips thing . Its winner , by the way . However , my dear Mother comes twice a week a provides a whopper Brekkie which usually contains two fried ones . Sunny side up . Ive never complained .
