As I said, the biggest drop off is not between # of players and # managers/coaches, but the number of players and number of qualified coaches. Why are BAME players not doing their exams?

I think as I saw the reasons behind it are probably myriad ,do they see a pathway are they feeling held back ? Could be loads of reasons and it’s for others to unpick but it’s not right whatever’s at the root of it

Yes. But it’s a vicious cycle isn’t it? There are fewer coaches, fewer mentors, fewer examples for black players.

Hello Mill, thanks for the respectful reply.
My first post isn't talking about football hooligans, it was talking about football fans getting together to stop acts of vandalism.
Ever since I posted this fact I've had most replies telling outright lies about what I've written and one idiot even said that he's reported me for racism. That's the biggest nonsense on here.

What "football fans" are these?

I don't know the reason, but just because there's a differential does not mean some form of racism is at play, does it? On the BBC this morning they listed the most valuable players in the world, and all of the top 7 were BAME. Is that some form of race-related issue, or is it simply because they're good players? Nearly 30% of NHS doctors are of Asian ethnicity, yet we're told by Dave that the NHS is racist. Sometimes there are factors, such as the significant cultural appreciation for medicine in Indian culture, that contributes to things, and racism isn't an issue.

I have. I got tagged in and you seemed to reply that you'd seen it written they'd been smeared. I'm not sure how I could have done it as I was in bed.

You put a statement out that football fans were coming together to protect the statues. Which football fans? I've seen Tommy Robinson has called upon football "lads" come together to do so and he would join them. Are these the none racist, none fascist football fans you are referring too (the muppets who march with Tommy Robinson)?

It seems on here the response you are getting from actual football fans, is that Robinson and his ilk are despised by actual football supporters.

Anyway, I think you owe people the courtesy of speaking straight and not in riddles. Who are the football fans you are referring too? If there are a group of football fans, who oppose racism, support the anti-racist march of BLM but also want to stop vandalism and therefore oppose fascist troublemakers like Robinson and his gang of dangers then I'll happily go and defend the statues with them. Can you explain who these people are, so I can go and join them in stopping people vandalising Churchills statue (and Cromwell).

I think the 25% of players transferring to 2/92 managers is an issue to be honest . I’m old enough to remember when black players were ‘athletic ‘ or you couldn’t trust black goalkeepers. Issues can be ingrained and it can be something as simple as people not seeing a pathway so not looking to progress .
