Reported for wasting the mods time with frivolous reports
Why?
Its a conversation black or brown parents have with their children before they even start school, the colour of their skin will define them foremost, and because of that, they will be treated differently.
Why?
a long long time ago in a world in the clouds there lived an ugly poor quality troll who went by the name 2 hs and he wrote this pish
then everyone called him silly so he got onto a very tall horse where he got very upset until he was banished from the kingdom back to sleep with his sister.
The end
hans buddy i cannot decide if its either being thick or ignorant which is resulting in ur head being volleyed all around this fine everton fansite. The problem here though Mill is that people on here have tried to turn my posts into a "race thing" but they are conveniently ignoring the fact that around half of the protesters are white.
No but then that’s selection bias.I'm sure we could swap Ancellotti for Sol Campbell and lead the way.
Joey Barton is a bell but he got his big break much easier than Sol.Sol Campbell is a moron - blames all his shortcomings on the fact he is black.

there are loads and loads of rubbish managers that are white. Loads of them.
Vs 25% representation for players. As of 2014, 6.4% of UEFA Pro license holders in the UK were BAME. 3.4% of senior coaching positions in English football were held by BAME coaches.

I think off the top of my head club captains might be close to 25% too.
this is PL btw.
“The findings featured in Figure 1 indicate the much lower levels of representation of BME coaches in senior coaching positions (3.4%) compared to the levels of ‘home grown’ BME professional players (25%) and the UK BME population more broadly (14%). Levels of BME representation in senior coaching positions also compare unfavourably with the levels of BME coaches achieving high level coaching awards (4.3%). This is especially the case with respect to BME coaches achieving the FA UEFA Pro-License (6.4%). On this latter score, only two of the 13 BME coaches who have completed the FA UEFA Pro-License presently hold a senior coaching position in professional football in England”
whatever the reasons it tough to look beyond figures of 1/4 of all players translating itself to 2 /92 managers . Ultimately there might be a host of reasons for that and brighter more qualified people than me need to examine it but you don’t have to be any kind of expert to know that it needs to change .
