So you’d rather have a load of BNP and White Boy Crusties knocking seven bells out of each other every weekend ?

Rather than just ban the whole lot of the knob heads and lock them all them all up if they breach it.
Errr...what's a "whiteboy crustie"?

surely here comrades we should realise who is the main controllers of these idiots they put on the stage , the liars muppets cheats are all bought and paid for, i incude Labour in this although i have always voted for them for me they are the lesser of two evils , from Manchester i say to the many Scouse Comrades never give up my friends

I have to be honest mate, of some statues being defaced suddenly makes them hate black people, I don’t think it was so sudden.

People who say they have little support for BLM despite most of the protests being peaceful and not about statues seems mental.

Obviously not, but for a lot of people who may have had backward views I'd imagine it is an organic process where the views soften, they might have black friends and things don't seem as they once were and are a lot more considerate going forward. Add a flash point and suddenly that process has moved back to the beginning.

As for the 2nd point it's because there are people who always take it too far, the meaning is corrupted and we end up with at the moment a mini race war, it was always going to happen and some of us could see this coming a mile off and it doesn't help the situation.

So, how would you implement your "ban"? All gatherings? Church services? Concerts? Shoot the b'stards? BTW I would be ok with far right facists marching through Toxteth....how far do you think they would get?

Stop being such a massive drama queen.

Section 13 is hardly ever used, as it’s so draconian.

It’s there to protect life, the public and property.

Let us deal with my question to you first, why do you think that law is not based in fascist ideology?

I suppose there could be an argument for letting these 'organisations' deal with each other. As far as I know that is not on the table at the minute.

It's not the fault of BLM that the far right decided to go around kicking off and espousing their racism. They protested pretty well all over and the only people creating a race war are the racists. Otherwise we are saying that BLM provoked them by wanting people to stop being racist

Sorry if you thought I was being a "drama queen" I merely asked how such a ban would be implemented. @edge mentioned "all gatherings". I never alluded to Section 13. Who decides which gathering to ban? That was my query? (albeit with some leftfield examples)
:):)

How do they stop certain groups of people any other time football hooligans , striking miners ect (not that I am putting them in the same category)have all been stopped from doing what they wanted , just dont let them gather to go to any place were it could cause public disorder.
It happens all the time.
The far right cant walk anywhere in liverpool I was just making a point, it doesn't Matter if you support a group or not , if there is a threat of disorder it should be stopped ,
What has to be gained by allowing violence on are streets, who gains by that.
