Even the Bank of England is putting the boot into Truss. By not buying government bonds from Friday they've alerted the markets that they have no trust in Truss's economic policies. One hell of a political statement by the financial establishment.

No, but bear in mind the Palace have almost certainly had approval on that clip going out. That is the public bit of the show, not what they said in private.
That is disapproval that I cannot remember ever hearing or reading about before, even during Gladstone's time when Queen Victoria hated him.
