I've read from BBC that Charlie boy has this vocabular tic, that comes out in these situations when he likes to move on from formalities associated with the greeting protocol.

I'm not saying Charlie is wrong, as she is a dead woman walking, but I'm not reading too much into this, if uts a common occurrence for him.
