Doesn't mean much, a good 80% of the ones I put up with daily are in cloud cuckoo land, catastrophically incapable of seeing their limitations/why something is a bad idea/livid that the world doesn't recognise their greatness and that rules apply to them too.

What a hateful creature she is. Yes, there are a group of people who refuse to do what’s right by the country because they are enriching themselves at our expense. Liz Truss is one of those people, admittedly one of the most mentally ill of those people, and her whole ilk should be cast into the bin of history.

That might play a part, but they also seemingly have a hard on for Braverman and Badenoch, so think the 'brown argument' might not be quite a factor here.

Have a look at the Telegraph website. It demonstrates the sort of off kilter niche interests the Tories have which sits firmly with what Truss comes out with. It caters for that particular audience, described as a de facto 'house journal' in some quarters.
