Think we have a chance as we seem to play better away from home, as do the [Poor language removed] when playing 2 defensive midfielders. fellaini needs another big game, as gerrard seems to find space against us far to easily. insua might be the slowest full back ive ever seen, so donovan will rip him a new one! need to close down quickly like against arse.

Liverpool V Everton

I believe we can win its going to be hard but i think if we can take the lead and keep it nice and tite and work as a team theres no reason why we cant. We need to end this 11 year drought without a win at anfield lets hope come saturday we can pull it of. Im going saturday as I go to anfield every year Il be singing my heart out in the Everton end.

They have torres and benayoun out this is are best chance in years.

COYB!!!!

Welcome to you both, how do you feel about tucking into a celebratory pineapple on pizza afterwards?

fellaini ripped a fully fit steevie me laaaaaaaaaar a new one for liege, on saturday a star will shine, fellaini for man of the match.

we have to go into this going for the win though, loads of teams have had the better of the r/s and if we fire then we can have the kopites streaming out at 1/2 time. then we can nick the arsenal chant "is there, a fire drill" also as a symbol of how the season has turned around.

iv been to anfield 7 times and never seen us win I pray so much that it changes and we beat them!!! we owe it to them so much its be amazing if we won there.

My team would be Howard,
neville,heitinga,senderos,baines,
donovan fellani arteta pienarr
Cahill
Saha

Martin atkinsons 1st derby, has refereed 4 liverpool games this season 2 defeats and 2 draws. think we've had him this season aswell i remember he sent off arteta against arsenal couple of years ago. don't like talking about referees before a game but something always happens when we play them. Hopefully there luck has completely run out!

Nice thing about a derby (especially one that the away supporters can walk to), new players can etch their names in storied lore and long-timers can cement their legacy. Can't wait to see this. :)

I'm not terribly familiar with the way Liverpool play these days, but it seems to me that Fellaini and his midfield partner will quite probably be the difference in this game.

Moyes employed a great tactical scheme against Man City. The high pressure forced Man City to play with great understanding of each other on the bet that they haven't been together long enough to do that. The result was that Man City had trouble getting out of the back and didn't have the flexibility to bypass the midfield effectively.

Not sure what Liverpool's achilles heel is. Any thoughts?

Other than their entire backline a suspect midfield, and their manager, a solid outfit all the way around.
