Just turning the screws on the owners imho.

We all know we need a better striker than we currently have. Everyone knows Delap’s available for £30m so it’s win win for Moyes.
Either gets him and he’s (hopefully) what we need, or we do t and it’s clear we need a new striker (so get one TFG)

Seen to think / recall he did that sort of thing at WHAM where he didn’t enjoy the most cordial relationship with the DOF.
