Marc Guehi reprimanded for writing ‘I
Jesus’ on his rainbow armband.
We’ve already seen backlash on our own IGG for electing not to wear one of these armbands as it supports a cause that is contrary to his religion and supports an illegal activity in his home nation.
In my humble opinion, the EPL needs to either knock it it on the head completely or allow the likes of Guehi to do what he did.
There shouldn’t be pressure on players to express open support for things that can be controversial in there private lives for fear of being ostracised, while at the same time suppressing religion

FA will remind Crystal Palace player Marc Guehi of rules over religious messaging after he played with 'I love Jesus' armband
"I love Jesus" was written on Crystal Palace player Marc Guehi's Premier League-issued LGBTQ+ campaign rainbow armband during a match at the weekend. The Football Association says a formal reminder will avoid the need for disciplinary action as the laws of football ban religious messaging.
