Lets Not Get Carried Away

There is definitely a long way to go, but instead of Moyes getting all the praise for Evertons past achievements I think people are realising its the club that expect success and good football. Moyes really stabilized the club by bringing in some quality but we where always punching above our weight in the style of football we played ( 9 out of the 11 was pretty dire ). With Bobby it can only get better and that's really exciting. We have at least 5 or 6 players who would get into the so called top 4. Maybe Bobby's right he can get us champions league sooner than anyone thought

The thing is we have Bobby in charge now, so we won't be bending over for the ****e.

WHATS OUR F*CKING NAME?

Let's not get carried away but we have just secured NARROW wins against REALLY POOR opposition. It's hard not to start making wild predictions when you get those kind of results, not sure it's even worthwhile trying to keep it under wraps.

Optimist.

???

Equals best start in the league since we last won it in 1986/87.

last year at this stage we were on 13 points. We had a great start last year but then those draws kicked in, draw after effing draw. Took us to 10 games after that opening 6 to double the 13 points(7 draws in that period...did my head in!)

I'd like us to pass under the radar, which unfortunately isn't happening with the whole OMG THEY ARE STILL UNBEATEN malarkey at the moment. Under Moyes, at least, that was how we thrived, as underdogs. On countless occasions did we go into game against smaller teams, usually at home(!), only to come out of it having scraped a point. I hope under Martinez they can handle the pressure better, as that'll help us turn those handful of draws (or 15 last last season, or however many games we drew) into wins which in turn will push us up the league. Of course having Lukaku who will almost certainly grab 20 league goals this season, will be a massive help.
