Best wishes to him. Great too that he's joined another PL club - it would have been "easier" for him to sign for a Championship club, but he obviously feels he still has plenty to prove at this level for a couple of years yet.

Good move for all involved I think. Whilst I appreciate effort, working hard and tracking back well isn't really enough for a right-winger in a team that plays 4-3-3/4-5-1, has to be some forward productivity. He will be remembered in a positive light though, wish him all the best at Burnley.

Surprised to be honest, he's a player with zero value so waiting until the summer and releasing him wouldn't have been detrimental. John Joe Kenny isn't good enough to play without someone like Lennon in front of him at this stage in his career so perhaps this means Coleman is very close to a return.

I don't think Lennon gets enough credit. We were sliding into a relegation fight FAST in Martinez's second season and Lennon helped galvanise a recovery. He also went on a bit of a goal rush in the second half of the following season which helped the side to avoid any serious danger when they truly fell off a cliff towards the end of El Fraudo's tenure.

Overall for £4.5m, he's been a positive signing. Best of luck to him.
