We don't need any useful squad players though. This squad is MASSIVE and we saw from the Spurs game that having him on the bench and bringing him on offers nothing.

Sorry that he had all those mental health issues but in footballing terms - the only terms that actually affects the clubs fortunes - he's a pointless player starting or on the bench.

Harsh but someone has to say it.

His work rate is fantastic, he’s provided excellent support for Kenny and reduced his exposure.

Others should have gone ahead of him because it’s always handy to have these type of players on the squad. You’ll ask him to do something and he’ll do it, no questions asked

Good run out again for the little fella today.

Ran his socks off as always and was very unlucky that the Citteh keeper pulled off that save, to push the ball onto the post.

Also impressed when he helped us get a 1-1 draw at Newcastle after coming on as a 60th minute sub for his debut.

Just a shame our best midfielder Defour is now out for the rest of the season with a knee injury - I was looking forward to seeing Defour - an excellent passer - combining with Lennon.

Hoperfully, the pair will gel well next season.
