Leighton Baines

Obviously I can't claim that but I think it's right. Distin to left back and another centre back coming in seems like a much easier transition to me.

Fair enough, I'd still argue that most of those were because there weren't any other obvious candidates to play there tho. Do you all think Barry is a better left back than Distin?

I'd say Barry was a better LB than Distin

I reckon he probably is, yeah, and IMO it'd be a good opportunity to move Barkley deeper so we can see Mirallas through the middle.

Thought it was worth maybe pointing out...this was Leighton as Lukaku's header went in. Doesn't mean a lot but it also shouldn't be discounted.

Distin at left back and Stones in the centre. If he plays Heitinga against Stoke, he's lost it. Imagine the mess their grocks will make of him, the tackle shying bag of monkey spunk.

Oviedo.
You seen what a run in the side did for Coleman, i think the same could be applied here. We'll never know if Oviedo is good enough until he gets a decent run in the side, now is his chance.

Would agree with this. Remember, Baines didn't exactly have the most electric of starts at Everton. Couldn't get a game because Lescott was playing so well.
