This I agree with.

I said Distin at LB as he played the position well when Baines was injured the season before last, and unlike Barry, his pace couldn't be exploited.

wont be a 5 mate more a 3 with a very deep midfielder in front. so if the ball does go wide the deep mid drops in and a cb can go across.

If Phillip Neville could play right back for us as recently as 2013 i think Barry will be okay mate.
