Stubbs is, lets be honest, a nobhead. He is trying to style some sort of 'Everton legend' image which is just a joke, he was an average player who only joined us aged 30 and spent most of his early years palling up with Rooney on the golf course and helping to convince him to leave. He did the same with Rooney not long before he'll be at it with Barkley not to mention all the other prospects he now oversees as a coach. Wonderful work giving Paul Stretford/David Moyes' man on the inside access to all our promising youngsters. I wonder if he works on commission, £1m for every player he convinces to join United.
