Toe the line Stubbs, you have a manager and an employer, pay them due respect and set a respectable example to those you're in charge of or gtfo.

the interview was on radio merseyside yesterday he was talking abut his book ,football saved my life , why he had to say this about baines fuk knows, he was also talking ****e about young ross , hate alan stubbs with a passion ,evertonian my arse,

What did he say about barkley? Lots to learn etc or just that we need to enjoy him when we can?

""The club had dug its heels in but Bainesy had obviously said he'd like to go."" OBVIOUSLY. brilliant

Remember Stubbs got Prentice to apologise for ****ging the players that season we ended our last five games with five defeats. Self-serving tit
Stubbs is, lets be honest, a nobhead. He is trying to style some sort of 'Everton legend' image which is just a joke, he was an average player who only joined us aged 30 and spent most of his early years palling up with Rooney on the golf course and helping to convince him to leave. He's arsed us around before and came crawling back. He's a [Poor language removed]

Although im sure we all knew Baines would quite fancy the move. Stubbs has no place saying it.

Bye bye Stubbsy.

He did the same with Rooney not long before he'll be at it with Barkley not to mention all the other prospects he now oversees as a coach. Wonderful work giving Paul Stretford/David Moyes' man on the inside access to all our promising youngsters. I wonder if he works on commission, £1m for every player he convinces to join United.
Rooney down, Baines in the pipeline. Make it a hattrick Stubbsy, start whispering in Ross' ear.

Bit harsh - wouldn't blame Baines one bit for wanting to go to United. Chance to play in Europe, etc.

Baines has been a class act throughout, even if he did ask, he never went public or forced a move.
There's a reason why baines shouldn't play for Man utd..................he was born in LIVERPOOL!
Only wools would say they wouldn't blame him for leaving.
