Don't understand them sacking him. Their squad isn't tremendous. They had two stars and sold one. Guy still has a better points per match with Soton and Leicester than Silva has had with any team in England.

Very good players all coming through at the same time...add a couple more in summer and you can see them aiming for a strong season next year.

Far better 11 in terms of potentialy than we have.
