They dont have a manager trying to clean up the mess of the previous managers.

Leicester didn’t spend ages trying to unsettle him, spend a load of money appointing him and they certainly didn’t just shell out £4m on him did they?

If this carries on to next season make no mistakes Silva will be gone.

So that means Silva is allowed to relegate us in the next year or so???? That`ll be an even bigger mess....

As @killenefc mentioned, I don't think it's about Everton being unambitious compared to Leicester, but rather other factors including financial implications etc.

Silva has been here for less than a season and only this week we've agreed to pay £4m for him. If we sacked him, then there's the rest of his contract to pay off.

We're still paying for Fat Sam, Koeman and the Martinez departure payment was ridiculous, so rightly or wrongly I can't see them pulling the trigger any time soon.
