Be surprised who they replace him with, Not much exciting stuff around these days, I can see someone like Mark Hughes or Pardew managing these.
So that means Silva is allowed to relegate us in the next year or so???? That`ll be an even bigger mess....

What do you think the difference is between now and May, mate. And it also means people are prepared to write off next season already......meaning the season after next will become the new “transitional season”
Not that I would pull the trigger right now......but he needs punting in May.
Unless things alter dramatically on the pitch betwee now and then.
Not a bad shout for them to be fair.Brendan Rodgers is the favourite.
But don’t let things like that ruin how weird some of you sound.

I know what you're saying but for me if you are going to sack him in May,me personally I would do it now get a caretaker in and it seems to lift the players and with the RS match in mind that may help because we are going to need it.I think we would have a better chance of attracting a decent manager in the off season.
Appointments in the midst of a season tend to be of the panic variety and lead to the likes of Hughes or someone of that ilk taking over the reins on a temporary basis.
That is the only reason I would not fire him right now.
However, if we had a proper manager prepared to leave his current job and step in right now (say like Simone for the sake of an argument) then I would have Silva out by the time the pubs open.
I'd be incredibly surprised if it isn't playing a part in the board's decision making process as we've spent a fair wedge of managers since Moshiri came.Oh god I forgot we were still paying for that lot.
