best form of defence is attack given the manager can,t settle on the same formation or players at the back, every game.

That has worked superb for the RS lately hasn't it. The best form of defense is a strong settled group of defenders (4 or 3) that are comfortable playing with each other. That have protection from the midfield and organize and communicate as a unit. If what you are saying is true we should just field 11 attacking players. Because as you say. The best form of defense is attack. ....Ffs again
