Another one of many. Went to see guardians of the galaxy.
I thought it was brilliant. An impossible comic book storyline that came out surprisingly well. Characters were funny and Yeah, it hit every single note I wanted it to in all honesty. There is even a few cameos in the film including the brilliant obvious one. The opening sequence had a brilliant nod to the first film which had me laughing.

groot is dancing on the battlefield the whole time and at one point drax gets thrown to the ground next to him and he stops still until he moves, like the end sequence of the first film

Watched 'Straight Outta Compton' the other night - thought it was decent and well worth a watch, especially if you like NWA.

Dirty 30 (2016) - Comedy starring Youtubers Mamrie Hart, Grace Helbig and Hannah Hart.

Don't bother.

In "Nancy's Last Dance," Nancy Callahan (Jessica Alba), mad with grief and rage over Hartigan's death, vows revenge.'
The one redeeming feature is Eva Green with her kit off.

Knowing that he must employ a similar strategy, President Will Cooper (Kevin James) recruits his childhood pal, former video-game champ and home-theater installer Sam Brenner (Adam Sandler), to lead a team of old-school arcade players and a military specialist (Michelle Monaghan) in an all-out battle to save the planet.'
It got panned by the critics, perhaps a bit harshly.
Nostalgia for old school video-gamers (parents), sparkly funny aliens for the kids.
It wasn't that bad.

This film was panned due to the abuse that animals were put through to get some shots. There was video of an German Shepherd being forced into fast moving water which it obviously did not want to go in amongst other things.

This was on Film 4 again last night.
It'll be on again and I can't recommend it enough.
Written by and stars Seth MacFarlane, so you know it's gonna be funny.
If you like Family Guy, Blazing Saddles, Airplane, then this is a film you'll love.
Says a lot about the quality of the writing, as they make Charlize Therons character not only gloriously funny! but sexy as hell too.
