Last Film You Watched

I like matt damon but i found him disappointing as francois pienaar, one of the great sporting captains, and damon really failed to capture that, he didn't come across as pienaar at all, and just seemed to be another rugby player, even when he is doing something as mundane as punditry you get that feeling with francois that he's just a natural leader, damon felt very bland in this film

I didn't know who he was. I don't really follow rugby, in fact apart from Nelson Mandela, the only person I recognized outside of the movie was Jonah Lomu!

This was in last night and it was a bit disappointing tbh.

Having read the reviews, I was expecting a half decent horror film.

A demon follows and kills it's chosen target, with the recipient only freeing themslelves by passing the demon on to another by having sex with them.

Kind of like a Demonic chain letter !.

All felt a bit meh, despite the cast doing their best.

Trainspotting 2, first time at cinema in years. Enjoyed it, great films, great characters.

Thought it was mediocre at best. The critics went easy on it as Danny Boyle has assumed the status of the queen mother and can do no wrong. Totally unnecessary sequel and even its title showed they were going through the motions

The Charnel House is indeed a different kind of horror movie. Especially when you compare it to most modern horror movies. It's a suspense/thriller that may seem to be a bit slow-paced but it actually just helps to build even a more thrilling outcome.

The cast works amazingly. The chemistry they share is great, sometimes you'd almost forget they're actors. The way the cast works as a clockwork might be what makes this movie even more dramatic, as you feel they are humans. It's really one of the best things about the movie.

Reminded me of the Shining tbh - but certainly not as good by a long chalk

You're not wrong! It was a funny old film.
Visually amazing of course but the characters kept bouncing off various bits of space furniture.
It was expensive rubbish really.
