What a brilliantly sad film.
Brilliant acting from all involved.

How many films has Samuel L. Jackson actually been in? Must be some sort of record, surely?
Crimson Peak...
Not bad, it's a very well crafted film harking back to The Haunting with a real gothic tone and a couple of quite creepy set pieces. The production design is fantastic, cast are fine, script is.. fine.. It's just del Toro did this same story, basically, in Devil's Backbone 1000 times better and a lot cheaper. Even one of the ghost effects is the same but not as eerie. I'd like to see him go back to a low budget Spanish language flick after getting Pacific Rim 2 out of the way.

A brilliant horror.
An Iranian horror which was actually the UK's entry for the foreign film at the Oscars. Set in the during the Iran/Iraq war, a missile falls and as it doesn't explode, people think its haunted. Reminded me of the Babadook without all the screams. It's on the UK Netflix and less than 90mins.
He's really good in this. And it's got Eva Mendez, so it gets extra marks. How many films has Samuel L. Jackson actually been in? Must be some sort of record, surely?
He was in a great film called Lakeview Terrace. He wasn't happy about a white man marrying a black woman. He's really good in this. And it's got Eva Mendez, so it gets extra marks.
He's been in some great films...and some turkeys, no doubting he's a very good actor though. He was in a great film called Lakeview Terrace. He wasn't happy about a white man marrying a black woman.
Haven't watched it for years now, been meaning to re-watch.
I suppose when you're in that many it is bound to happen. He's been in some great films...and some turkeys, no doubting he's a very good actor though.
Cleaner sort of reminded me of The Negotiator. Not the plot, but a similar kind of role.I suppose when you're in that many it is bound to happen.
Hated him in Django, but I hated that film altogether.
