Last Film You Watched

She's been around years mate but mainly in those romcoms my wife watches all the time (which means I have to too). First time I saw her play a character with a darker side was in American Hustle and she was really good.

Good in "The Fighter" with Mark Whalberg and Cristian Bale and in a film called "Doubt" with Meryl Streep and Phillip Seymore Hoffman.

Haven't seen either of those films mate. Keep a look out for them
Watch Leap Year, you'll take it all back

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

Gosh, what a boring movie...the main actor Eddie Redmayne is incredibly unlikeable and reminds me of the kid in school who was always bullied and you had to step in and defend him.

Cant understand how he is a film star?

Watched x men apocalypse again last night.

On second watch through, Apocalypse is still a little off as a ultimate villian, but overall i think they made a very good Xmen film. Think they really brought the characters to life, and including the cameo from a certain character in that form as well was brilliantly done i think.

The only gripe i have with the film is Psylocke. Where the bleeding hell did she come from? there is no scene at all where she is approached, one minute you have the storm encounter, then the arcangel one, and psylocke has just randomly appeared in the little gang.

Overall 8/10

I'm very excited about seeing this. And your opinion has not put me off obviously.

But out of curiosity, are you a fan of the Potter movies or books? If not I can't really see why you'd even watch it.

That's a very 'one eyed' view of why people watch films. Do you think only people who read Harry Potter books then watched the films or only those who watched Potter films watched this?

A lot of people see a trailer for a movie or look at upcoming releases and watch one every week when theres a new release...

If only people who read Deadpool or Suicide Squad comic books watched the movies they would have been total flops due to empty cinemas.

In any case this is nothing like a Harry Potter movie as its more 'Hollywood' in story than Potter and typically predictable.
