Last Film You Watched

Started trying to watch a load of classic/cult/popular films that I’ve never seen.

Watched spaceballs and full metal jacket this week. Currently watching Tropic Thunder.

Enjoyed Spaceballs (felt they tried to shove a load of extra skits in at the end that felt a bit forced even for a parody ie the alien bit). However very much appreciate the news of a sequel coming with the original cast.

Full Metal Jacket was good. Felt it tailed off a little towards the end, but it’s made me want to watch Band of Brothers again.

Struggling a bit with Tropic Thunder.

Just got this question at work and I could not actually give a definitive answer, so...

Worst film you've ever seen?

My head went to recent things like Madame Web, Mute, Star Wars 7-9 etc. because I've probably blanked on a load.

Avatar I reckon. There is also a twee film about a youngish guy dying from cancer which I absolutely hated, can't remember the name of it. It was fairly 'big' at the time for a film of it's budget/size

500 days of summer too

As a general rule though if I think I'd dislike it that much, I wouldn't watch it

28 Years Later : The Bone Temple.

After the let down of the first 28 Years Later, this was a very welcome relief, as it`s really good.

They`ve stripped out all the silly and nonsensical stuff from the first 28 Years later and just made it simple - Good v Bad / Infected v Un Infected.

Ralph Fiennes and Jack O`Connell were outstanding in their roles and the Iron Madien Number of the Beast scene with Fiennes and O`Connell was spell binding stuff.

I can`t wait to see where they take the next one.
Thought it was a slight improvement on the 1st one, the Jimmy gang just look like Barnsley town centre on a Saturday night, Samson the new age, new rage hippy, a smacked up veggy , as you say the best part was Ralphy bopping to 666, as for the final shot, Cillian looks well for being abar 85, just for men working wonders there

Thought Jack O`Connell was magnificent as Sir Lord Jimmy Crystal, only Nic Cage could`ve done it better.

Jack O`Connell, the British Cage Monster.
