The Hater - Polish with subs.

It’s a Studio Canal film that’s been bought by Netflix, so isn’t a Netflix film as such.

Really good film, but slow so won’t be for everyone.

A disturbed young man finds his vocation, when he lands a job at a shady PR company, that specialises in destroying celebs and public figures on Social Media.

Dark, quite disturbing and well acted, with the young Polish lad as the lead standing out.
I'll watch this tonight hopefully

The Peanut Butter Falcon - brilliant film.

The chemistry between Shia Labeouf and a Zak Gottsagen ( the young lad with Downs ) is magical.

I normally hate this type of film, but it was wonderful.

A young lad with Down’s Syndrome escapes from an institution and hooks up with a down on his look fisherman in the American Deep South, forming an unlikely friendship.

It’s also made me reprise my opinion of Labeouf, as he’s fantastic in this, real depth. I’d like to see him get some really serious acting parts on the back of this.

He was excellent in American Honey.

I love these scenes:

I didnt watch Nightingale, flicking through I seen a film called "the peanut butter falcon",proper feelgood film that you can watch with the family, downs syndrome young man wants to be a wrestler, runs away from the home hes in and makes friends with a bit of a scall, its corny, its soppy but I loved it
Watched "The Peanut Butter Falcon" yesterday with the missus.
I’ll watch that with the missus.

It’ll stop her complaining about all the dark stuff I watch lol
....and that's exactly why I did. Probably a bit overly sentimental, but I thought it was a terrific feelgood film, and the lad with Downs was a real character. I was smiling all the way through.

Just watched - loved it.

It’s slow, but gets under your skin.
Started watching it. Fell asleep 3 times. Was enjoying the first hour. Then got a call from my neighbor because my dog was in his house. Then when I came back there was a snake in the bathroom. When I took that out there was some animal making noises in the bush I put the snake in. Will try again tomorrow
