Aimed at older children and younger teenagers. Based on the Michael Murpurgo novel, it tells a tale of local French peasants smuggling Jewish children into Spain during the Nazi occupation. I should imagine that it would be enjoyed by its target audience ...

On a lark, I rewatched "The Devil's Advocate" and it was good fun. Al Pacino as the Devil was excellent--you can't see him coming. Some pretty freaky scenes, for sure. Got me thinking I need to have a re-watch of Angel Heart to see De Niro as the Devil. Then I need to decide, Pacino versus De Niro, the Devil edition.

Mandy is pinnacle Cage.

If ever a film was made for a man of his talents it’s Mandy.

MEGA CAGE.

Mom & Dad has some uber Cage moments. Veering between quiet intense whispery Cage and full on shouty Giga Cage with regularity.

It’s a Studio Canal film that’s been bought by Netflix, so isn’t a Netflix film as such.

Really good film, but slow so won’t be for everyone.

A disturbed young man finds his vocation, when he lands a job at a shady PR company, that specialises in destroying celebs and public figures on Social Media.

Dark, quite disturbing and well acted, with the young Polish lad as the lead standing out.

One of my favourite films is HARSH TIMES with Christian Bale, Freddie Rodriguez, Eva Longoria etc

This Shia Leboeuf movie 'The Tax Collector' seems to be similar with the writer and director the same as Training Day + Harsh times...

Anyway, for those who havent seen it, try Harsh Times...

As soon as I see the Netflix tag on a film it puts me on guard,I might give it a watch seeing as its Studio Canal

Watched Schindlers List for the first time last night, for some reason I just never bothered before.

Pretty grim viewing, but can see why its regarded as 1 of the best.
