Just seen this for the first time.
Sons hatch a plan to rob the parents jewelry store.

Great cast, great story. Also the last film directed by Sidney Lumet (Serpico, Dog Day Afternoon).

Highly recommended.

Great pick. Fantastic story, almost unwatchably painful to see their plan go down the crapper

Alien 3 lined up next, possibly for tonight. Heard it's a mess.....

I've actually come back around on Alien 3, but mainly because Alien 4, Prometheus and Covenant are all turbo garbage.

I came around to Prometheus after watching it for the sixth time, some woeful miscasting though.

Covenant is the worst out of the lot by a mile.

Agreed on Covenant, I actually think Prometheus is alright it's just the scene were the Bone Ship is rolling and the main girl runs in a straight line rather than to the side is unforgivably bad.

I loved Prometheus for the lore side of things (despite it being confusing) but refused to watch the newest as it looked rubbish.

I'm working through as I picked up the full boxset from Alien through to Covenant on BluRay for about a tenner sometime last year.

I remember going to an Alien/Aliens cinema double bill just before Covenant's release, and they decided to show us a 15 minute preview of Covenant in between both showings. They showed us the entire segment where they land on the planet and the whole thing goes to pot. Why they decided to do that I don't know, but I knew from 15 minutes that it was going to be terrible and rued the fact that I would have to see it anyway

Watched The Titans the other day and Coach Carter last night, both decent watch if you like an underdog story

Love Remember the Titans. Never had so much dust in my eye when I'm cutting onions and it's raining in my face whilst my hayfever plays up.
