It's quite something to see when Billy Maddison turns in a top drawer performance.

I'm convinced the majority of his 'comedies' are just to generate some work for his mates.
He's been quoted saying he makes most of his films the way he does for his kids etc. He's shown he's capable of 'more', but those kinda films make his family happy, and he gets to mess around every day with this mates, so that's what he does. Sounds like a pretty sweet gig to me!!

Add in being able to call Salma Hayek your wife, twice.

Decent gig. ;)

He's also apparently worth over $400m. Seems like he's absolutely nailed it to be fair

Documentary on Netflix. So frustrating no lessons have been learnt since ‘92 or the Watts riots of ‘65 it would seem.

That reminds me of this documentary 'Winter on Fire: Ukraine's Fight for Freedom' which is one of the greatest civil rights documentaries. The footage is excellent and tells a story which is largely unknown to the masses, despite taking place only 7 or so years ago.

Watched a film last night called The Impossible, Spanish from the same guy that did The Orphanage. This was about that Boxing Day Tsunami years ago, Naomi Watts was really good in it, not so much Ewan McGregor but decent film well made, the effect were really good, the way the recreated the landscape was fantastic, good Survival film
