Yes it is, great film as well, watched Big Country last week, that was superb as well. Older films, had much better actors in for me, nice break from special effects. Not to say I don't like today's films like.

It is a fetid, corpse-strewn and fly-swarmed pool of a film. I'd happily see everyone involved in it thrown out of the film business and made to get socially responsible jobs so that they can repay a tiny bit of the debt they owe humanity now.

All those people that complain about Joker being bleak, and slow and hard to watch. So ridiculous. What did you all want , a happy go lucky guy with the world at his feet, tons of friends and a great job? Yeah, someone perfectly normal could end up descending into darkness......but that is not Jokers story.

I loved it, my favorite movie from last year.

I think the potency of the Joker is he doesn’t really have an origin. He is an unreliable narrator, so all his “origins” are not real.

The movie is a bit weird, as Bruce Wayne is just a kid. It’s like an Elseworld story in comic terms.

Couldn't sleep, so watched That Damned United last night, mainly about Brian Clough's 44 days at Leeds United. Leeds and their manager, Revie, were a horrible team.
Filled in the background of his relationship with Peter Taylor and previous clubs they managed. Nostalgic look at the dark side of football in the late sixties early seventies.

The book is brilliant as you`re inside his head as his hatred and obsession with " dirty Leeds " builds.

Don't care about historical accuracy mert it's just a decent watch.

300 is a class film and isn't remotely historically accurate.
