Last Film You Watched

Revenge of the SIth [ducks for cover] is probably the strongest final film out of all of them, but obviously came at a time when Lucas-bashing had reached fever pitch.
Completely agree. RoTS my favourite Star Wars film after Empire

Revenge Of The Sith is much better than anyone expected coming off the back of the previous two - especially Clones with that horrible CGI cartoon factory action sequence and the clunky romance.

Not seen them in ages though and wonder whether Hayden Christensen was just bad or it was more the case of a young actor being given clunky dialogue to work with and also being failed by poor direction.

Green Book.
Viggo Mortenson, and Mahershala Ali starring.
In many ways I was taken kicking and screaming into the theatre to watch it as it was a sea day. What a lovely film based on true events and figures.
A bit sugar coated at times trying to depict difficult times in USA in the sixties. What made it for me was the epilogue where photos of the actual blokes who stayed in touch until their deaths. Would recommend.

The Deer Hunter

This film would probably not do very well if it was released in 2020 as there is far too much left unsaid.
Really enjoyed it though after not seeing it for 10+ years
Watching that film back in the day still haunts me now. I cannot detatch it from my thoughts as I watch the Vietnam War historical documentary on Netflix.
