Last Film You Watched

Oh dear. I remember watching Mamma Mia on holiday in Florida on a rainy day.
We were the only people in the whole cinema and were singing along to every song.
My daughters loved it. They were also impressed with the fact that when you had eaten your popcorn, you could go back and get a refill without paying extra.
Don`t worry your secrets safe :hayee:

I still watch clips of Jack Palance in shane now, a wonderfully portrayed [Poor language removed]
Very true, he played the villain rather well.
I do love the final gunfight, when they face each other and he asks Shane what he had heard, and Shane tells him that he’d heard that Wilson was a low down Yankee liar. The two actors actually grin at each other and I don’t think it was scripted to do that. Classic scene.

Watched "It " last night on sky tv. Overall disappointed, but had some scary, edge of the seats stuff, actually screamed out loud once, much to the wife's amusement. But poor story line and I thought terrible sound quality ruined it as a film for me. Don't know whether it's my age, or the fact I've worked over 30 years in factories, but I could at times not make out what the younger actors were actually saying, also down to the speed they were talking and Loud soundtrack in the background. In a nutshell the original was far better.

The book is better than both of the films ;)

Shot Caller - Decent watch but I couldn't help think that it would of made a great TV series. Nowhere near enough time for the required character development in the film.

Just saw Hereditary today. Slow burner with some genuine jolts. The last 30 minutes though! Great stuff. Try to avoid the trailer if you can
Cheers, going on Sat.

Is it as scary as it looks ?

The last decent horror that was out was Sinister ( first one ).

How does it rank compared to that, as it looks quite similar in set up ?
