Watched Training Day for the first time last night. Pretty good film, if not just for the naked Eva Mendes in he background at one point.
Watched Goodfellas for the first time last weekend. Decent mafia romp, bound by the constraints of being mostly a true story.
Casino might be next weekend as I've never seen that.

Casino is a great film!!!
Went through a long stretch where people were being over the top about films so just swerved most everything in the "cool" genre. Watching them now with hopes they're good and no hype.

I think I was about 11 when I watched it first but thought it might not have aged well. The CGI is not great but it is not that important.

Watched Den of Thieves lastnight, nothing we haven't seen before but a solid cops vs bank robbers movie if you fancy watching an heist/action flick.
Massively influenced by HEAT towards the end though if not ripping it off a bit.
