Really? I thought it was great. Different strokes for different folks, I guess?
Absolutely. I found the atmosphere of smalltown America better portrayed in Manchester By The Sea, which, while concerned with the same themes of guilt and redemption, managed to be more sympathetic and less brutal. The boy in that was played by Lucas Hedges who played Mildred's son in Three Billboards.

Def agree Manchester by the Sea is better but three billboards is good cinema.

Darkest Hour.

Well, there's many men with a speech disorder in this movie. Gary Oldman was good (though I prefer John Lithgow as Churchill) as was the cinematography. The rest was a bit meh and forgettable.

IF you are into foreign films and organised crime type films go and see Kobieti Mafii, polish mafia film . Funny in parts brutal and a good story . Some of the best looking birds you’ll see in a film too .
