He bores me to death. No idea to what he's trying to achieve. His substitutions baled him out on Saturday and nearly tonight, good management? Nah, he doesn't know himself what his best team is.

He's getting it wrong every time and either not learning or too stubborn. We're so unbalanced always until late on when he's forced to change it. He gets more time for me but it's very frustrating to see lineups that are so wrong for the same reasons time and again.

I wasn't impressed we signed a middling manager with little pedigree for a supposed ambitious club like ourselves, but after finishing 7th and spending all that money you want to give the fella a chance...

But those awful performances against the big clubs, disastrous results, amateurish decision-making and now looking already out of Europe, he has to go if we have any genuine claims of ambition. Honestly Martinez's latter two seasons were better than this.

Give Unsworth the Burnley game, and if we can't get Ancelotti then Dave gets the rest of the season.

What do yous think? Too harsh too soon? Snap poll time.

I need to move to a different planet. This one is completely mental.

stop it adolf

who did you used to be?

Replacing a middling manager with a complete unknown at the top level. Might work I guess, might not.

I'm not a huge fan of Koeman but we're a team that sells our best players and until that stops I doubt we'll attract anyone of a higher calibre.

Sensible post. But without action I don't see us moving forward.

No, were not Chelsea/Man City, only wool clubs sack mangers all the time

As the other lads said, we should be aiming to be like Chelsea & Man City, for they are successful.

We had a similar run last year where we looked similarly as clueless as we do right now and he managed to get 7th. Moshiri has made clear what the expectations are with an interview specifying 6th place.

If it looks like we're nowhere close to that halfway through the season he will end up binned. Not impressed at the moment.

Aye, the bad run last year was in his first season so there's an argument to say he was still feeling his way into the job. But now? No excuses left.

We're a regular bottom half side. Or at least we were until Koeman came in.

Could we really attract the likes of Simeone or Ancelotti?

As the other lads said, we're not a "regular bottom half side" in the slightest. We've been regular 'best-of-the-rest' since Moyes's early days. Martinez's latter two seasons were an abberation, and even then 11th is classed as mid-table.

at no time would i consider this a good poll buddy. the people need soothing not divided. this is weak.

There'll be no soothing in the Everton forum tonight. There needs to be room for the fume. Ale House is for soothing.
