The problem is that is a stupid question, especially when dealing with the emergency services, what are often unimaginably serious things happening to people and especially with politicians who are too shameless to admit what it is they are proposing ever-present.

This is why I totally disagree with your comments regarding knife crime, and the easy comment regarding money, we have enough Police, how we use them either proactively or reactively is the real issue...

Not going to get into the rest of your post as some of it if kinda fair enough, but this is entirely contradictory of what the coppers I've come into contact with the last few years have told me. They're really unhappy with the way they're being forced to police and believe it puts them and the public in more danger. One referred to it being the end of policing by consent.
