Its not that at all mate, thats a cheap retort that.

I havent lived there for ten years and I much prefer Goodison for the area boozing etc.

I just want my club to have the money to compete again, which Goodison doesnt help.

it will in the way that we will found out if indeed there is a plan b, and if others are waiting in the wings with a viable offer, with the exclusivity deal the club have had to dismiss everything that may have been put to them.

i reckon in the next few weeks there will be Everton stadiums on every bit of available ground in the city, tom dick and harry will have produced plans and ideas, as will their uncle tom cobbley. we can only wait and see what comes out in the next few days/weeks really
