Beyond that, he needs to be here working with Silva every day in training. Silva's reputation is that he improves players. Between Cup games, injuries, rotation, and sub appearances, we can give him enough playing time to continue his progress.

Dowell has everything in his locker. The areas he needs to improve on can 100% be improved through coaching and maturity.
